We are so pleased to announce Governor Phil Bryant has signed a Proclamation declaring November 9, 2017, as Mississippi Purple Day, This is a state-wide awareness day to honor the 60,000 Mississippians living with seizure disorders and epilepsy.
Please wear purple all day on Thursday, November 9, 2017, ask your friends and family to do the same. By advocating and raising awareness on this day we are sending a clear message that we are making a difference! Purchase your commemorative t-shirt to wear on this day! Show us your pictures by posting to our social media sites and use the hastag #peaceloveCUREpilepsy!
Join us for the festivities to celebrate with an awareness walk on Thursday evening, November 9, 2017, in Bay St. Louis, Ms for the strides we are making toward seizures, awareness, and research. We will brighten the night for Epilepsy Awareness!
Bring your glow sticks and walking shoes for an Epilepsy Awareness Walk on Thursday, November 9th at the Washington Street Pavilion in Bay St. Louis. Help us turn the sky purple in honor and memory of those with seizures!

Awareness Walk begins at 5:30 p.m.
There will be a 1-mile awareness walk, a memorial wall for those we’ve lost to SUDEP, guest speakers, and much more!
